Return Policy and Exchange Policy

Shadow Angels Clothing gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to aShadow Angels Clothing store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted atShadow Angels Clothing stores or the distribution center. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon the return of an item, you will forfeit any rewards applied on that purchase.

Returning a Gift

• When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.

• Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Shadow Angels Clothing E-gift Card.

• In stores, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount to aShadow Angels Clothing Gift Card.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
